Learning Outcomes
Session One
Understand how the Map of Meaning is built from our experience of meaningfulness. Discover the dimensions that human beings agree make life and work meaningful. Learn how these dimensions allow us to understand why meaning comes and goes.
Session Two
Create your own Map of Meaning. Understand how you share meaning with others and how you experience it in your own unique way. You will be able to use your Map to guide you going forward in life.
Session Three
Create a path forward. We will explore your inspiration and your current reality and identify the immediate steps you can take to create more meaning in your day-to-day work and life. We will experiment with using the Map in a different way, getting out of our heads and learning to listen to our intuition, emotional and embodied knowing.
Session Four
Discover what comes next for you with the Map of Meaning. We will briefly cover the research that underpins the Map of Meaning and move into a discussion about ways you could work with Map of Meaning going forward. How might you weave it into your life and work?
We will also discuss how to distinguish between happiness, purpose and meaning and address any questions you might have at the end of this training.
